Dan Fitzgerald

Chief Executive Officer and President, Apollo Board of Directors

Daniel S. (Dan) Fitzgerald is Chief Executive Officer and President of Apollo. Dan has over 25 years of management experience in diverse vertical markets, and is a leader in tech-driven research systems and data insights platforms for the life sciences and healthcare industries. Previously, Dan was a Managing Partner at Reimagine Holdings a leading data-driven insights company. Dan also has held prior executive leadership roles at GMI, Lightspeed (Kantar), MarketInsights, Affinnova, and Knowledge Networks. Dan holds a B.B.A in Marketing from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Jim Targowski

Chief Financial Officer

Jim Targowski is the Chief Financial Officer at Apollo, leading the company’s finance and accounting functions. Jim joined Apollo from Reimagine Holdings and Critical Mix, leaders in global data and insights creation. There, he led the finance team during a period of substantial growth. He started his career in the audit practice of McGladrey and Pullen (now RSM) and later worked in the audit practice of KPMG. After leaving KPMG, Jim spent time in financial services, manufacturing, and medical services companies. Jim is a certified public accountant and holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Georgia State University and an M.S. in Accounting from the University of New Haven.

Joe Baldini

Chief Technology Officer

Joseph (Joe) Baldini is the Chief Technology Officer at Apollo, leading the company’s engineering function and expanding its insights platform. Joe joined Apollo from Kantar, a leading global data, insights, and consulting company, where, as Chief Information Officer, he defined and delivered technology strategy and capabilities across Kantar’s many global market research divisions. During his time at Kantar, Joe also served as Vice President of Engineering and Product Development overseeing all development at Lightspeed GMI. Joe came to Kantar via GMI, a leading global research technology and panel organization acquired by Kantar in 2011. He has held senior management roles in a variety of established, start-up and turn-around business environments, including Muze Inc., Sabey DataCenter, Exodus Communications, and Premera Blue Cross.

Rob Demento

Chief Product Officer

As Chief Product Officer for Apollo, Rob is passionate about creating amazing customer experiences with technology. He started his career as an intellectual property lawyer at a large firm in New York City where he realized that he’d much rather be doing his clients’ jobs than his own. This led him down an entrepreneurial product innovation career path and he has never looked back. The common themes across Rob’s previous roles at Vodori, Mira, and Docent Health are: digital, healthcare & health/wellness, product and growth with functional expertise in strategy, operations, marketing, and technology. Rob loves live music and sampling Boston’s newest culinary offerings with his wife, and spending time with his two young sons.

Meghan Oates-Zalesky

Chief Marketing Officer

Meghan (Meg) Oates-Zalesky is Chief Marketing Officer at Apollo, responsible for marketing strategy and execution, positioning, and lead generation. Prior to joining Apollo, she was the head of marketing for InCrowd, a tenure that began in 2015. Meg has more than 20 years of marketing and business strategy experience, primarily in the life sciences and healthcare sectors, including executive leadership roles at ShapeUp, NaviNet, TriZetto, and Health Dialog. In addition to being a published author, Meg holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard and a master’s degree from the London School of Economics.

Matt Walmsley

Chief Global Services Officer

As Chief Global Services Officer for Apollo, Matt Walmsley is responsible for Apollo’s Global Services Exchange (GSX), which delivers panel feasibility, fielding, data collection, and programming global services across brands. He brings over 15 years of experience in the healthcare market research space. Prior to joining SHG in 2015, Matt served as Vice President, US Operations for All Global, where he managed the strategic alignment of internal processes across operational units. He also held the roles of Director, Business Development and Senior Account Manager at All Global. Matt earned his BS in History and Political Science from Sacred Heart University. Additionally, he studied Political Science and Government at The George Washington University. When Mr. Walmsley is not working, you can find him acting as the oldest child playing with his kids and cheering on Chelsea FC!

Randi Perry

Randi Perry

Chief Human Resources Officer

Randi Perry is Chief Human Resources Officer for Apollo, bringing over 15 years of experience in Human Resource Management to the firm. She oversees strategic and tactical activities for Apollo, Survey Healthcare Global (SHG), and InCrowd, including recruiting, compensation, values creation and culture, rewards and recognition, performance management, organizational development, talent development, and benefits administration. Prior to joining the Apollo team, Randi lead human resources for SHG. Before SHG she served as Human Resources Advisor for ATCO Structures & Logistics, a construction and manufacturing plant, where she handled all employee relations, including coaching for team leads and supervisors. Additionally, she held HR roles within Whisper Creek Log Homes, ADT Security Services and Lady Luck Casino Hotel in Las Vegas, NV. Ms. Perry earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Utah State University.

Senior Vice President of Panel

Tom Ottersburg is the Senior Vice President of Global Panels, overseeing Apollo’s healthcare professional (HCP) audiences worldwide. In this capacity, Tom ensures clients can efficiently reach the critical HCPs, patients, and HC market stakeholder audiences they need to conduct their commercial and brand research. Tom is responsible for all facets of panel development and management including platform and application strategies to improve engagement, quality, focus, and overall user experience. Tom has over 15 years of data insights and market research experience having spent much of his career at Kantar focused on panel, product, analytics, and machine learning. Tom holds a BS in Operations Management from Washington University and an MBA focused on Technology Management from the University of Washington.

Colin Turner-Kerr

Managing Director

Colin Turner-Kerr is the managing director for Apollo International. Colin is responsible for expanding InCrowd’s presence in Europe and Apollo’s footprint globally. Leveraging 20+ years of senior leadership in market research technology, data, insights and analytics, Colin was instrumental in the growth of GMI and built-out the European arm of Critical Mix—a Reimagine company—and prior to Apollo he led the EMEA solutions group for Dynata. Colin leads Apollo’s local presence in Europe, supporting European clients and their agile, global research needs.

Vivek Sharma

Chairman of the Board

Vivek joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in September 2020 as an Executive in Residence on the Growth Buyout team. He represents Frazier on the boards of Apollo Intelligence and Adare Pharma Solutions. Before joining Frazier, Vivek served as CEO of Decision Resources Group, a global AI-enabled SaaS platform serving premier pharmaceutical companies, where he achieved significant growth in revenue and margin expansion until the company’s sale in February 2020. Vivek brings over 25 years of experience in various leadership roles, as both an executive leader at global healthcare companies as well as an Operating Partner at private equity firm, Thomas H Lee Partners.

Christina joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in October 2019 as a Principal on the Growth Buyout team. In January 2022, she was promoted to Partner. She represents Frazier on the boards of United Derm Partners, Accuity Delivery Systems, and Apollo Intelligence. Before coming to Frazier, Christina was a Principal at Norwest Equity Partners, where she worked for over 10 years. Prior to joining NEP in 2009, Christina worked as an investment banking associate at Craig-Hallum Capital Group where she executed over 20 transactions during her 30-month tenure. Christina holds a B.S.B. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Minnesota and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Jeremy joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in 2016. He is involved with several of Frazier’s portfolio companies including Adare Pharma Solutions, Accuity Delivery Systems, Apollo Intelligence, Leiters, Matrix Medical Network, and Packaging Coordinators Inc. (acquired by Kohlberg). Before joining Frazier as an Associate in 2016, Jeremy was an analyst in the investment banking group at Robert W Baird in Chicago. In 2018 he joined Frazier portfolio company Leiters, a manufacturer of compounded sterile pharmaceuticals, as their Director of Strategic Initiatives before re-joining the investment team in 2019 as a Senior Associate. Jeremy received his B.A. in Economics with a focus on Environmental Economics from Middlebury College.

A cardiologist by training, Nathan has been with Frazier Healthcare Partners since 1999. He has led exited investments including BARRX (acquired by Covidien), Zeltiq (NASDAQ: ZLTQ), Glaukos (NASDAQ: GKOS), Packaging Coordinators Inc. (PCI) (acquired by Kohlberg and Company), Abode Healthcare (acquired by Tailwind Capital), Silvergate Pharma (acquired by CutisPharma), Powervision (acquired by Alcon), and The CORE Institute (acquired by Audax Group and Linden Capital Partners). He currently serves on the boards of Adare Pharma Services, Apollo Intelligence, CPS Solutions, Caravel Autism Health, EPTAM Precision, and HOPCO/CORE Orthopedics. He previously served on the PRI Investment Committee of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Dr. Every earned an M.D. from Emory University School of Medicine and a Masters of Public Health (M.P.H.) from the University of Washington.
