Tal Rosenberg is Chief Executive Officer of Apollo Intelligence. Tal is a technology executive with an exceptional track record of using data and technology to transform Life Sciences businesses for both Fortune 100 and PE-backed companies. Previously, Tal was President and GM of the Life Sciences, Ecosystem and Public Sector business unit at Datavant, and led the development of the world’s largest Real World Data ecosystem. Before that, he led IQVIA Technologies, launching SaaS Applications and services from Molecule to Market. Tal regularly speaks at customer and industry venues worldwide on topics related to digital disruption and technology innovation. He holds a BA in Economics and Information Systems and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business. Tal lives in Pennsylvania with his wife and 3 children.
As Chief Strategy and Technology Officer for Apollo, Rob is passionate about creating amazing customer experiences with technology. He started his career as an intellectual property lawyer at a large firm in New York City where he realized that he’d much rather be doing his clients’ jobs than his own. This led him down an entrepreneurial product innovation career path and he has never looked back. The common themes across Rob’s previous roles at Vodori, Mira, and Docent Health are: digital, healthcare & health/wellness, product and growth with functional expertise in strategy, operations, marketing, and technology. Rob loves live music and sampling Boston’s newest culinary offerings with his wife, and spending time with his two young sons.
Dana Garcia is Chief Transformation Officer at Apollo Intelligence. Dana brings over 20 years of consulting and industry experience, bridging business strategy and operational expertise to build and scale organizations with new capabilities towards large scale transformation. Dana joins Apollo Intelligence from Aetion, a Real - World Evidence Technology and Services business, where she most recently led North America Sales and Customer Engagement. Dana brings deep expertise in M&A, Organization Transformation, as well as the Payer, Healthcare Technology and Life Sciences sectors of the healthcare industry. Dana has an MBA from Wharton, and an BA from Franklin and Marshall College. She lives outside of Philadelphia with her husband and two young children.
Rey Lado is Apollo’s Chief People Officer (CPO). In his role, Rey oversees Apollo, InCrowd and Survey Healthcare Global’s (SHG’s) human resources function worldwide. Rey also supports the executive team as a strategic partner in Apollo’s mission to accelerate health innovation to improve life. Rey brings to Apollo rich experience providing employee empowerment leadership across multiple industry sectors in large, complex, global organizations, among them Fortune 500 companies. In his last position as VP of Human Resources for Ciox Health, Rey supported over 2,500 employees throughout the US in contact center and field operations, sales, administrative, and professional services. Prior to Ciox, he served as the Talent and Organizational Development leader for Cox Automotive, a global vehicle digital remarketing services company, as a Global Customer Service Learning & Change Management practitioner for shipping giant, UPS, and as IFS Products & Services Program Manager for Delta Airlines.
Tom Ottersburg is the Senior Vice President of Global Panels, overseeing Apollo’s healthcare professional (HCP) audiences worldwide. In this capacity, Tom ensures clients can efficiently reach the critical HCPs, patients, and HC market stakeholder audiences they need to conduct their commercial and brand research. Tom is responsible for all facets of panel development and management including platform and application strategies to improve engagement, quality, focus, and overall user experience. Tom has over 15 years of data insights and market research experience having spent much of his career at Kantar focused on panel, product, analytics, and machine learning. Tom holds a BS in Operations Management from Washington University and an MBA focused on Technology Management from the University of Washington.
Kelley J. Schudy is Chief Global Commercial Officer of Apollo, overseeing the sales functions for all of Apollo and its portfolio of brands. Prior to joining Apollo, Kelley served as a member of the executive leadership team of Parata Systems, the medication robotic dispensing company and a previous Frazier asset. During his tenure at Parata, Kelley led sales, marketing, and customer success teams. He collaborated cross-functionally to implement programs that created significant bookings growth in existing and new markets, drove high customer retention, and improved profitability. Kelley’s 30+ years of commercial experience demonstrate his proven record of building and leading teams that have resulted in high-revenue growth and enhanced customer loyalty. With senior commercial roles at Net Health, Allscripts, and Misys Healthcare, Kelley brings more than two decades of experience in the healthcare sector to help drive Apollo’s growth objectives. Kelley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a minor in Finance from the University of Missouri. He lives in Raleigh, NC with his wife Dawn. They have two adult children, Grant Schudy, and Kate Johnson, both of Raleigh, NC.
Susan Young is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Apollo Intelligence. As CFO of Apollo, Susan leads the company’s accounting and finance functions. Susan has over 20 years of global experience with both Fortune 100 and mid-sized companies in a broad range of industries including life sciences, technology, software, and entertainment. She joins Apollo from PlayOn! Sports, a KKR portfolio company, where she was involved with establishing the finance organization, financial reporting, and M&A activities. Prior to that, she was CFO at Q2 Solutions, an organization that provides global clinical trials lab testing and software services and is now a part of IQVIA. She has prior CFO experience at Terra Dotta, MarVista Entertainment, and Explorica with early career experience at Kodak, Xerox, and Stryker. Susan has an MBA from Syracuse University and a BS in Finance from Clarkson University.
Vivek joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in September 2020 as an Executive in Residence on the Growth Buyout team. He represents Frazier on the boards of Apollo Intelligence and Adare Pharma Solutions. Before joining Frazier, Vivek served as CEO of Decision Resources Group, a global AI-enabled SaaS platform serving premier pharmaceutical companies, where he achieved significant growth in revenue and margin expansion until the company’s sale in February 2020. Vivek brings over 25 years of experience in various leadership roles, as both an executive leader at global healthcare companies as well as an Operating Partner at private equity firm, Thomas H Lee Partners.
Christina joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in October 2019 as a Principal on the Growth Buyout team. In January 2022, she was promoted to Partner. She represents Frazier on the boards of United Derm Partners, Accuity Delivery Systems, and Apollo Intelligence. Before coming to Frazier, Christina was a Principal at Norwest Equity Partners, where she worked for over 10 years. Prior to joining NEP in 2009, Christina worked as an investment banking associate at Craig-Hallum Capital Group where she executed over 20 transactions during her 30-month tenure. Christina holds a B.S.B. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Minnesota and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Jeremy joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in 2016. He is involved with several of Frazier’s portfolio companies including Adare Pharma Solutions, Accuity Delivery Systems, Apollo Intelligence, Leiters, Matrix Medical Network, and Packaging Coordinators Inc. (acquired by Kohlberg). Before joining Frazier as an Associate in 2016, Jeremy was an analyst in the investment banking group at Robert W Baird in Chicago. In 2018 he joined Frazier portfolio company Leiters, a manufacturer of compounded sterile pharmaceuticals, as their Director of Strategic Initiatives before re-joining the investment team in 2019 as a Senior Associate. Jeremy received his B.A. in Economics with a focus on Environmental Economics from Middlebury College.
A cardiologist by training, Nathan has been with Frazier Healthcare Partners since 1999. He has led exited investments including BARRX (acquired by Covidien), Zeltiq (NASDAQ: ZLTQ), Glaukos (NASDAQ: GKOS), Packaging Coordinators Inc. (PCI) (acquired by Kohlberg and Company), Abode Healthcare (acquired by Tailwind Capital), Silvergate Pharma (acquired by CutisPharma), Powervision (acquired by Alcon), and The CORE Institute (acquired by Audax Group and Linden Capital Partners). He currently serves on the boards of Adare Pharma Services, Apollo Intelligence, CPS Solutions, Caravel Autism Health, EPTAM Precision, and HOPCO/CORE Orthopedics. He previously served on the PRI Investment Committee of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Dr. Every earned an M.D. from Emory University School of Medicine and a Masters of Public Health (M.P.H.) from the University of Washington.
Lynnette is an advisor to high growth companies and joined Apollo’s Advisory Board in 2023. She was the CEO of Kantar Health and in 2009, she led its creation by merging five healthcare research and consulting firms into one global organization. In 2021, Lynnette led the process that resulted in Kantar Health being acquired by Cerner, now part of Oracle. Drawing upon her experience building and scaling businesses, Lynnette provides advisory services focused on executing long-term growth strategies and cultivating a corporate culture that empowers and retains top talent. Always drawn to healthcare, Lynnette is passionate about patient education and the use of technology and real-world evidence to expedite the development and approval of life-changing treatments, a shared core value of Apollo’s. With a career steeped in insights experience and purposeful leadership, she currently serves on the Board of Within3, a life science insights management platform, and previously was an Assistant Professor at the Eli Board College of Business at Michigan State University, teaching as part of the Master of Market Research curriculum.
Daniel S. (Dan) Fitzgerald is a board advisor with over 30 years of enterprise growth and operational management experience achieving success across a diverse set of vertical markets and company life-stages. Known for building high-performance teams, operating excellence, and a transformational leader in tech-driven research systems and data insights platforms. Previously, Dan was the original architect of Apollo and served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Apollo from 2019 - 2024. Dan has also held prior executive leadership roles at GMI, Reimagine Holdings, Kantar (Lightspeed), MarketInsights, Affinnova, META Group and Knowledge Networks. Dan holds a B.B.A in Marketing from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
