Job Summary:

Under the general direction of the IT Director, you will be responsible for providing technical support for business applications and services. You are a key technical facing contact for user support and enhancement requests. You will provide IT support, training, documentation and perform other duties as assigned.

You must have excellent communication skills, a strong working knowledge of IT application software and environments, and the ability to work closely with a number of varying teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

          Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors level education or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of IT technical support experience
  • Developed problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Experience supporting end-user IT applications and services.
  • Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support IT Operations by providing technical problem resolution and escalation of IT issues and requests.
  • Support IT applications, services and systems
  • Be the first line of contact for users for IT support.
  • Provide user-specific training, updates and support.
  • Updating computer software and hardware in systems
  • Laptop procurement, provisioning and troubleshooting support
  • Assist Human resources department with on-boarding and off-boarding employees
  • Troubleshoot to identify issues and apply a solution to all support ticket, IT devices, and software
  • Assume other duties as assigned
