Job Summary:

Under the general direction of the IT Director, you will be responsible for providing technical support for business applications and services. You are a key technical facing contact for user support, and enhancement requests. You will provide IT support, training, documentation and perform other duties as assigned.

You must have excellent communication skills, a strong working knowledge of IT application software and environments, and the ability to work closely with a number of varying teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

          Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors level education or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of IT technical support experience
  • Developed problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Experience supporting high-availability IT applications and services

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support IT Operations by providing technical problem resolution and escalation of IT issues and requests.
  • Administration and Support of MS O365, G-Suite, Jira, business application and systems
  • Provide user-specific training, updates and support.
  • Provide Technical support on-site or via remote access.
  • Work with cloud storage solutions like Egnyte and Box, and Microsoft Office 365
  • Plan and implement client software rollouts in the client’s environment.
