Member Outreach Specialist (Pocatello, Idaho or Remote)

General Overview:

The Member Outreach Specialist’s role is to provide phone and email outreach to members of our expert community. The Apollo expert community is made up of physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals who have registered to participate in surveys and phone interviews.

MOS will assist in telling our members about existing and upcoming paid research opportunities, as well as contact non-members to participate in research opportunities and recruit them to join our community.

Due to Covid-19, we are currently primarily working from home, though those that are in the Pocatello, ID area will be evaluated for a return to our office as the situation changes.

About the Panel Team:

Reporting into Apollo, the Panel Team is responsible for engaging and maximizing performance of Apollo’s global network of 1M+ healthcare professionals as well as recruitment of new members. Our expert network is tapped for participation in online surveys and phone interviews on a broad range of healthcare topics such as current prescribing patterns, reactions to potential new therapies and creation of patient education materials. We strive to create a best-in-class user experience for our members, matching HCPs with paid research opportunities on topics they will find to be personally and professionally rewarding.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reminding members of opportunities associated with their account via phone and email outreach
  • Recruiting non-member health professionals to participate in paid market research
  • Scheduling Healthcare professionals/patients for in-depth telephone survey appointments
  • Desk-research and in-depth validation for health professionals
  • Contacting our proprietary physician panel to update contact information
    Resolving email invites that are bounced back
    Asking a series of scripted questions over the telephone to determine qualification for opportunities
