Job Summary:
Under general direction of the IT Director, you will be responsible for providing technical support for business applications and services. You are a key technical facing contact for user support, and enhancement requests. You will provide IT support, training, documentation and perform other duties as assigned.
You must have excellent communication skills, a strong working knowledge of IT application software and environments, and the ability to work closely with a number of varying teams.
