Yes, your conversations are completely private. No one else can see them, and all data is encrypted at rest to ensure security and confidentiality.

3. Can anyone else access my chat history?

No, only you can see your interactions with Apollo Survey Assistant. Your data is not shared with other users, team members, or administrators. Once you clear your history, the conversation is deleted.

4. Can I disable the AI features?

Yes, you have the option to disable AI-powered features if you or your organization has specific policies regarding AI usage. Please visit your Profile settings or contact your Account representative for more details.

5. How does Apollo Survey Assistant improve my surveys?

No. In it’s current Beta phase, the Survey Assistant can generate a draft questionnaire but it is unable to automatically program the survey for you.

No, the Survey Assistant provides guidance and suggestions, but you have full control over the final survey design. You can accept or modify its recommendations as needed.

8. Is the AI trained on my survey data?

No, Apollo Survey Assistant does not use your conversation history or survey data to train AI models. It operates based on pre-trained knowledge and does not retain or learn from individual conversations.
